Core Conference Events - Warners Bay Theatre, Warners Bay NSW
Over 3 days participants will get to hear about the latest innovations, network, get hands on in workshops and experience the forefront of digital fabrication, making and STEM education.
Pre Conference Event - Based at Lake Mac Libraries Fab Lab, Windale NSW. Participation by application.
Local and international participants will work in teams to rapid prototype solutions to local social, environmental, and economic issues. Challenges will be drawn from across the Hunter region with the Challenge base at the Lake Mac Libraries Fab Lab in Windale. A unique experience not to be missed!

FAN7 participants are able to attend our partner event, the Hunter Innovation Festival, in nearby Newcastle. This one day event brings together industry, innovators and start-ups in the one place to showcase the latest innovations and exchange ideas.
Bringing it All Together - Warners Bay Theatre, Warners Bay NSW
The Fab City Summit provides a platform for participants to share their experiences, knowledge, and ideas, learn from one another, and collaborate on innovative solutions to the challenges facing communities today. This event will be the culmination of all the learning that has happened throughout the conference and result in recommendations for actions the Hunter region and more broadly Australia can take to make the future now.
Open Day for All - Free for anyone to attend. Warners Bay Theatre, Warners Bay NSW
FAN7's community open day will be accessible to all and coincide with the Fast and Loud Festival. It will be a day of learning, fun, competitions and high octane action. The event will include races of the top-tier Offshore Superboats and Powerboats and the day will end with the FAN7 closing party and Fab City Challenge Awards.
There are many ways to be more involved in FAN7, you can pitch to present content, take part in a competition or join the Fab City Challenge.
